I can’t easily find any good resources on how/when owlets learn to hoot. But they have to learn at some point, right? I’m just saying. And I’m just saying, last night there was somebody hooting up a storm in my back yard, and *either* Simon was feeling less rigid than he usually feels, or it wasn’t an adult owl. TIA.
