I don’t know if it’s the full moon or what, but the neighborhood squirrels have been getting sassy, and the neighborhood owls aren’t having it. Here is some of the best raptor v. rodent footage of the last two days — this isn’t even all of it. My fave is when Simon half-lunges at a squirrel and clearly says “You talkin’ to me?” Also, enjoy Simon showing off a very fresh dead thing. No rigor mortis for HIS female!
